I live in a 100 yr. old Folk Victorian.  I didn't aspire to live in one it just happened.  I have been here 13 years and have grown to love my home.  We have worked on this house ourselves and have changed many things.  Floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing electric, and all manner of rehab.  We have kept all we could salvage and replaced with vintage what we could not.   Our story is not a new one but it is ours.  I would love to share with you what we have learned and hope you enjoy the journey.
